People have started recognizing the rot that exists finally. This realization bodes well for the future of the country and its institutions of national security. Turmoil in the short run is acceptable if it would yield a future for Pakistan where institutions (particularly those of national security/armed services) act within their constitutionally defined domains or face the wrath of the public.

why most of us uses the word establishment? why not talk straight and say Army instead of establishment.

We are soft people. Have lived under British rule and faced several famines. We have a hard time standing up for ourselves. Moreover, we have been trained to salute the ranks and positions. Sometimes we are too humble. This nation needs to respect itself and not be apologetic about everything.

Patah nahi kon ghareeb hai.
A known practice of ib posing as isi to get media fall in line...

But this constitution DOESN'T embody the will of people therefore the oath stands null and void regardless how it's used to fill the formalities.

There is nothing wrong with the constitution. It is just not being implemented. Or rather, only a few selected articles are pulled out once in a while to put someone behind the bars.

Are they doing all this to please America ? how would China feel about this with all the help they provide?

111 brigade needs to find some real job for itself. About time President and Prime minister are protected by secret service style, armed civilian force. About time that premier intel agency for INTERNAL security is IB not ISI. ISI should focus on Afghanistan, India and other international challenges. IB should have been reporting to PM about plans of horse trading in Sindh house. ISI is controlled by the chief, if ISI is deep into politics, Army becomes political. No staff officer with PM, secret service style civilian force. Centre of power is to be elected civilian leadership. But for that. Clean of house, cleaning of judiciary, election commission and a permanent fix to free fair election(computerised) are essential. We need reforms on mass level.

I used to support army people training the police, IB, FIA to be more competent but 2022 made all Pakistanis realise that they're all the same. As soon as the they'll sit in the chair they forget about Pakistanis but only care about their self interests. Like you've mentioned Pakistan needs a powerful civilian security agency, which is powerful enough to protect the PM, President, yes the PM might be Nawaz Sharif but the men with boots are the same.

I can also understand civilians will sell Pakistan off and make wrong policies but for that Pakistan needs to make a powerful security, Economy, Education body where the PM, Cabinet, President, Army Chief, Judges can sit to discuss important matters and then release a statement.

For example if the army says we need to deal with the militants with force because they will be too strong in 5 years but political leadership due to corruption does not want to then let them meet in the powerful body and discuss and give their points to the awaam and the parliament. Let them be accountable to the nation, if Indeed they become powerful then civilian government should be voted out, if civilian government has better idea then share it. Security experts must also be permanently part of the bodies, they should have the research in front of them. General Raheel Sharif had to use danda to start the military operations because the government couldn't care less. So at times army is correct and at times civilians are correct. The judges would not prosecute the terrorists so army had to set up military courts. They were right in many situations.

To be honest Pakistan army was the last straw for us, we all know the civilian government were involved in corruption, they failed to make any policy to protect Pakistan from extremism, they even failed to make any good policy to deal with power shortage ie should have known back in the 1990s that in a decade we will need dams because of shortage. We lost billions due to electricity shortage, we lost billions due to WOT, our governments fail to make long term policies on development, education, security, healthcare. After 5 years every new government changes the policies. We must have a system where new government sits with experts to discuss policies before implementing it, the government can take charge but the effective policy must not change. For example the new government cannot say we will not make new dams but will spend the money on laptops. Somehow they must be held accountable.

Army has done amazing things for Pakistan but the governments have failed.

What is the solution?

Army would never learn.
Never learn. Never learn
They are the root of the problem.

Bhai all large institutions are highly inefficient. That's why there are a handful of successful multinational companies, despite attracting world's best brains. Army on the other hand hires people mostly on physical fitness, not the best brains as such. It is also the fault of civilian institutions, they are so inept and poor performing that army becomes kanon mein andha raja. When civil government is inviting them for help in each and everything. They end up knowing more about government than the government itself. We need to call out everyone who is doing any malpractice, any corruption. Plus we need find and put able and honest people in army, judiciary, government and bureaucracy to ensure long term stability of Pakistan. Other than a few bad fish, not all army is compromised/corrupt.

And what about others in the country?

Very often who is given power turns out to be excessively egotistical. These include journalists, judges, lawyers and politicians.

Conflicts arise when those in power are too egotistical to understand concerns of each other and not work like a team.

There is much that does not comes out in public. Pretentions mostly.

You forgot to mention generals.

why most of us uses the word establishment? why not talk straight and say Army instead of establishment.
Because Army is just one part of establishment though it do lead the establishment but Army itself never alone is considered as sole player of establishment.

You can see even in the current events Judiciary backed Army in Hybrid Coup against the legal Govt.

FIA,FC and Islamabad police should be merged to form a Pakistan Federal Police.

Balochistan and Kyber Rangers should be raised.

I swear, it feels like our army is more like the Pakistan cricket team in the early 2000s. Half of them are sold and invlovled in match fixing.

It has become increasingly obvious and clear that our Army is responsible for half of Pakistan's misery. They threaten journalists, judges, bureaucrats, politicians, etc. to do things that are in their favor and not in Pakistan's best interest or in the interest of a few families of Pakistan or of Uncle Sam.
