Possibly but we are still in lockdown, no flights leave India to any country taking passengers.I wonder if Bharat regarded Bharat as a "high-risk" country.

We're talking about chartered flights, repatriation of British and British Indians back to UK. There have been plenty of those during lockdown.Possibly but we are still in lockdown, no flights leave India to any country taking passengers.
Repatriation of Foreign citizens happened in May during the lockdown. UK repatriated their citizens in chartered flights from India some 50 days back because we mandated them a period to repatriate citizens. Now the only mission that is happening is Bringing Indians back. No other flights operate from India. We're talking about chartered flights, repatriation of British and British Indians back to UK. I don't think so.Repatriation of Foreign citizens happened in May during the lockdown. If that was the case then there will be more Indian origin people infected who are from India. Our cases are over the roof.I don't think so.
UK based Indians were coming on Air India flights throughout June. The same Vande Bharat flights that repatriated Indians from UK also took passengers in the other direction.
Depends on effectiveness of pre/post flight quarantine at both ends so it's not a given that a higher infection rate at origin translates into a higher infection rate of travellers from that origin at a given destination. Also, it depends on severity of symptoms being enough to lead to testing. That's essentially what I'm saying - there are so many variables that influence the numbers confirmed as positive, and 30 is not a statistically significant number in the slightest. How these articles reach press is beyond me. It's very possible that lots more Indian returnees or tourists coming back from India were positive - we'll never know because such data should be confidential. How on earth someone digs up or is allowed to dig up this "agendivised" data is a mystery. If that was the case then there will be more Indian origin people infected who are from India. Our cases are over the roof.
