Youm e Shuhda?

Today is 30th April...youm e Shuhda is celebrated on this date ...but... I see no reference to it...on tv channels... Not even on ISPR website..regd Youm e shuhda... Is there any function in GHQ today...and will we be hearing Gen Raheel's speech live today?

Till last yr, there used to be an event in GHQ which used to be telecasted on tv channels on weekends...but COAS speech was always telecasted live on tv channels on 30th april.... Today....theres no such event in GHQ? Why?
