If it was detected than why Pak army was unable to destroy it??
It might have hit Pakistan nuclear arms , army cantt or city population ??

the speed also helped determine it had no warhead.

Forgive me if I am wrong, but is this the radar that tracked the 'errant' Brahmos some time ago?

brahmos flies at mach 4 - 5

it was tracked by our EW systems but technically v hard to shoot down

our HQ9s have ABM capability yet against a supersonic brahmos ,, im not sure


dr carlo kropp ausairpower page does a detailed analysis on every russian / chinese AD system, his analysis on HQ9 doesnt mention super sonic cruise missile interception as such
