My goddd.... amount of drama over some infectious flu... I live in a small town in NRW where there has been a substantial number of covid-19 cases and not one German I have seen is clowning over it like a drama queen. Life goes on as usual except for some Asians who are again panic buying and emptying shelves being a pain in the *** to the rest of us who just want to go on about our lives. I wanted to make some pasta recently and it was emptied when I went to the supermarket.

Uighur teenager says she is sooo... psyched today, after weeks of self quarantine, she finally went outside today when the virus crisis is largely over in most part of China except for Wuhan city. She went to a grocery store and bought some milk, only Xinjiang milk is sold like this, people there prefer fresh milk instead of packaged.

People still wear masks when going outside though.

China's Xinjiang to start postponed new semester March 23

Primary schools, middle schools and secondary vocational schools in northwestern China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region will start the postponed new semester on March 23, according to a statement issued by the regional education department on Friday.

The statement said students from graduation classes, who need to take exams for the next phase of their education, are allowed to return to school one week earlier.

All the schools are required to roll out their own plans to prevent and control the epidemic according to their specific conditions and ensure a safe campus environment for students.
