U cant manage anything without help from daddy Jap and Aussie. Just like u cant sell Huawei 5G to Jap, Aussie. Shoes, airpods factories also abandoned CN to VN due to high labor cost and poor management in CN.

RCEP actually only help CN can sell more products buy moving factories to VN, manufacture/ assembly in VN and sell to RCEP nations without being ban or suffering high tariff.

For example, Hikvision got ban in EU US Aussie, but Bkav can buy components from CN, assembly in VN, mounted wt Qualcomm chips, then the cameras can sell in EU US Aussie again. At least CN still can sell AI cam's components till VN Bkav get rich enough and make it all themselves

They just forget that MNCs can sue the Govt of TPP members.

Even when Xi may not dumb, but he only has a Vision of a peasant. He doesn't want have anyone smarter -richer than him, even when millions Cnese realize that CN economy is falling badly, factories r leaving, 5 G cant sell outside CN etc just bcs Xi doesn't how to run the business.

If u truly understand RCEP, u will realize that RCEP is just a "spiritual victory", it help CN look good in short time ( CN can sell more components,materials to VN cos VN will be able to export more to RCEP nations), but not good in a long time ( selling components only is not enough to create jobs for 900 millions Cnese employee while 5G, AI cameras still can not sell in large volume due to hard ban in many RCEP nations).

IMO, joining some deal (RCEP, TPP) is just a trick to fool jobless Cnese wt "spiritual victory ". CN economy still falling badly under trade war. Not much change as long as Xi still is in power.
