Results are flawed. Latest report by WIP dated 10th March places top 5 countries as -

• Denmark
• Sweden
• UK
• Germany
• Norway

and top bottom countries -

• Pakistan
• Afghanistan
• Iran
• Bangladesh
• India.

India came at bottom of the WIP report. It used three differant criterions [Link]

The problem with all such surveys are the criteria used and their relative weighting, and hence always to be taken with a ladle of salt.

No, me and my mate are trying to get sponsors to raise money for a website and a good office address in London. Then we will give links. Hoping some Indian company might want to sponsor us. We are hoping maybe TATA might sponsor us. You don't think they will discriminate against us for placing India at the bottom?

Oh, I thought World Intelligence Report.
That would explain why South Asian countries are at the bottom .

HK is quite high.

HKer said HK administration is quite chaotic today compare with ruled by British.

It says that today HK official is licker.

I don't know which one is true...
