I had seen a self-made documentary of a Hindu women in Islamabad sometime ago, She was an Arora.

Punjab doesn't have many Hindus. There are more Sikhs and Christians there. Sindh has a fair amount of Hindus.

Most faiths are regressive for that matter, simply because of the inertia crept in from the times when religion was all about politics.

There are no Hindus in Islamabad. Those who are can visit the Indian/Nepalese/Guyana High Commissions on special occasions. This will only promote erosion of your value systems.
