India is not scared of this so called Referendum!....It just does not see the need for one..(Why should it have one, when Shimla agreement has already been signed ...next someone will ask why you not holding referendum in TN, then KL, then AP, then Mh..and so on and so forth..the boat has already sailed...If you guys want to hold one in our part of Kashmir please do go ahead..no one is stopping you.
