Will the US provide Tomahawk cruise missile to Vietnam?

Vietnam has theirs.

I found no discrepancy between these two parallel facts. Why some guys jumped up and down about this?

In war it wouldn't matter anyways. And if Russia wants to provide cruise missiles to Vietnam, be my guest.

There still rules that US want to keep, otherwise there is no reason US still be a leader without the rule.

Maybe. They plan to stop Tomahawk, they have new ones.
Officially, it's impossible to sell to Vietnam over 300km of range missiles.

But unofficially, Vietnam could get the engines, the designs of Indian Agni - series
