Will India, Pakistan and Afghanistan get Balkanised in 2020?

Pakistan is going to enlarge due to stability due to end of terrorism, alliance with China, reinvigorated nationalism, and general upliftment of the Muslim countries.[/QUOTE]

Will require a lot education and use of the media to uplift people from this ganga craze

Will India, Pakistan and Afghanistan get Balkanised in 2020?

Modi and IK have started the back channel peace talks which will pick up speed after the 2019 general elections in India.

There are reports that Kashmir valley & AJK will be merged and provided independence as part of the Kashmir solution.

Referendum 2020 is also picking up speed which will result in a united Punjab state being created.

Peace between India and Pakistan will be a big event.

For 70 years People of India and Pakistan have been tuned to hate each other by the politicians on both sides but suddenly both IK & Modi have started talking peace.

Both Modi & IK are close to the Western powers. So this peace process seem to have the blessing of the powers that be. This may be the reason why Ex-Norwegian PM has been sent to facilitate the actions on both sides.

Once the hate between India and Pakistan is gone, what will bind these countries?

There is absolutely nothing common from state to state from Baluchistan to KPK to Punjab to Bengal to Tamilnadu.

Will this lead to the disintegration of India, Pakistan and Afghanistan into multiple countries like USSR?

Is this part of the grand plan to reorganization the whole of South Asia & Middle east?

I don't think so, the states with-in the countries of Pakistan and India have alot to gain by being part of their respective federations. I also don't think Referendum 2020 is going to result in the formation of Khalistan, and this is after i have spoken to alot of Sikhs, so i think India should do the referendum and that way they will be able to end this issue forever.

But i do like the idea of AJK and J&K being merged and becoming independent. That will also resolve this long standing issue, but again its better to do a referendum so that the issue never arises again.

What are the advantages of being united under the current setup?

Each politician surely would like to be king in their own state. So the force would be independent rather than being united.

Being part of a bigger federation provides economic advantages like resources sharing and food & water distribution as well as security, why do you think European countries made the European Union and came up with the Euro. Same was the case with the states that joined together to make USA and the same reason why, Wales, Scotland, England and Northern Ireland are the United Kingdom.

Sikhs in India are like Pukhtoons in Pakistan, a minority but are deeply involved in every section of the state, from sports to military. So what benefit will they get by moving away from India?

I understand that i might be toeing a different line than my countrymen but thats what i think.

So we could have 40-50 political entities (countries) based on linguistic/cultural differences but could still have a single currency as Rupee on the lines of Euro.

Not really. Western and southern India is better off without Northern India. And Sindh, Balochistan, KPK is better off without Punjab.

When India gets balkanized, that force will surely take Pakistan and Afghanistan with it. You may deny it for political correctness but it is bound to happen.

The destiny of Afghanistan and Pakistan is to merge together. I have said this many times before.

Those of us who understand Pukhtoon culture know that this is the ultimate destiny of our people.

This will take a few years to detoxify Western and Indian venom, but it is the inevitable result.

chances of balkanization of Pakistan are now next to zero...however same cant be said abt Afghanistan and India, even Iran.

Pakistani nationalism has been given new life and vigor under Imran Khan.

Pakistan is moving towards a single consolidated state in which national identity is more important than ethnicity.

This is due to intermarriage, education, and re-invigorated Islamic ideology led by the state.

we have a long way to go still.

I think vidarbha and saurashtra will separate from Maharashtra and Gujarat respectively to form their own political entities. Goa will also expand to include the Konkan areas from Maharashtra and Karnataka.

I agree. Pukhtunistan as a new political entity seems inevitable.
