Modi and IK have started the back channel peace talks which will pick up speed after the 2019 general elections in India.

There are reports that Kashmir valley & AJK will be merged and provided independence as part of the Kashmir solution.

Referendum 2020 is also picking up speed which will result in a united Punjab state being created.

Peace between India and Pakistan will be a big event.

For 70 years People of India and Pakistan have been tuned to hate each other by the politicians on both sides but suddenly both IK & Modi have started talking peace.

Both Modi & IK are close to the Western powers. So this peace process seem to have the blessing of the powers that be. This may be the reason why Ex-Norwegian PM has been sent to facilitate the actions on both sides.

Once the hate between India and Pakistan is gone, what will bind these countries?

There is absolutely nothing common from state to state from Baluchistan to KPK to Punjab to Bengal to Tamilnadu.

Will this lead to the disintegration of India, Pakistan and Afghanistan into multiple countries like USSR?

Why do you think Greater Pukhtunistan will go with Greater Punjab or Greater Kashmir?

Also, You cannot club all South India into one Dravidian state. There would be at least 5 nations from South India if not more. Maharashtra would also become two separate nations as Vidarbha will not go with Mumbaikars.

Within 5 years independent Kashmir will be de facto taken over by Pakistan or China either militarily or more likely with treatises.

Eventually Pakistani or Chinese guns will be placed in Kashmir trained directly at the Indian heartland.

Peace will vanish .

and hence no Balkanization of anything.

I take it you aren't aware much about Pukhtoon culture. Pukhtoonistan was a dream engineered in India and also used by USSR, and recently US.

Pukhtoons of Pakistan are heavily nationalistic, and I would say even moreso than any other group. They serve in the military and government in higher percentages than their population.

There is no such thing as Greater Punjab in Pakistan, as Punjabis have forgone nationalistic aspirations on our side of the border, not to mention intermarried and blended in with every other ethnic group leading to Serikis, Hindkowans, Paharis, Niazis, etc. Khalistan however has much currency in Indian Punjab.
