Read his post slowly stealth..He was not talking about C130...rather the F-16 and in the context of newer ,more modern platforms like Rafale,EFT etc.

F-16 will be outdated soon if not already and there is no point for going that fighter and we will not. Countries are going for new generation fighter including the maker of F-16.
