The best thing is to file an application through Pakistani embassy and they will send it to the foreign office. Also the best person to write is Governor Punjab as he is doing some sort of cell to work on complaints of over seas Pakistanis.....
If all fail you will have to go see the local
Police and offer money.... if that fails pay some thugs and they will kick their *** back to Afghanistan
