Why Pakistani investors have little interest in the defence sector?

Many years back a person designed fuel tanks for jets,after testing and evaluation they were found as good as imported ones,but not a single batch was ordered because that person was not going to give any kick backs...

Exactly that's the only main reason.

The reasons rich Pakistanis do not invest in the defense sector are as follows:

1. The sector is over centralized & government controlled without any real incentive for the investor.
2. They want everything for FREE (or No-Cost, No-Obligation Basis) without actually investing in prototypes or production costs or trials.
3. The trials are generally conducted poorly and decision making on good or bad is riddled with hidden agendas and ulterior motives.
4. The Government does not want the nucleus of the defense manufacturing to shift to the private sector in Pakistan.
5. ZERO VISION at the decision making levels of all forces HQs
