Why only 18 holes drilled till now?

Why have we only drilled 18 holes till now?

If you look at offshore drilling you will understand that once the seismic data says there is oil a lot of drilling need to be done to get that oil.

For example India drilled 43 hole to reach oil
Libya drilled 58 holes before hitting oil
Norway drilled 78 holes before they reached a jackpot of oil.

If ExxonMobil is not up to the task shall there be new contractor brought in to get the job done?

The progress is too slow and the will to achieve the goal is too low.

Need investment but why dont we drill balochistan side where we think oil is present there?? Or is there any oil reserve in balochistan?

Provide security to drilling companies but we need money. Just one cost $100 million.

Actually, I will be the devil's advocate and ask a controversial question. How can we tell that ENI and Exxon are telling the truth? Which leads us to the underlying problem. It is a shame that a nuclear power is unable to explore its own land for mineral resources because it lacks the technology. Shouldn't we pay attention to the underlying problem?

ExxonMobil has rights to block G offshore exploration. Which is located 143 mile from Pakistani cost and waters 1900 meter deep. This is huge area and if seismic readings have indicated oil there then more holes should be drilled.
