I would say Chinese culture is quite "socialist". Indian one is "capitalism".

India has just begun its capitalist face. China is being doing this since 1970's.

I would argue that Indian culture is more "to each his own-ism" -- aka capitalism. Meanwhile Chinese has more element of socialism.

I have been to Indian and I see not a single Brahmins feeling any guilt when they are giving a hereditary career of shitt collector to the dalits. Also I observe high caste Indians have a lot of entitlement mentality and think that they have the birthrights to be serve by lower caste. They have no qualms of giving low salary to shitt collector.

While such sentiments are much lesser in Chinese. In Singapore, everyone are fuming in anger when we see our government exploiting the old and weak. Every elites want to exploit people but a certain social justice among Chinese prevent things from getting worse.

Also Chinese are far more rational and meritocratic. Indians are willing to give jobs to someone who cannot deliver, starting from own caste-man, to Indian, to other south Asian, and Chinese are widely hated by Indians, and have not chance at all. This is of course "capitalism", benefitting oneself on behalf of greater good of society. So long as one prosper, dont care entire society get shitt.

Such rampant caste system and favoritism works against Indians as a society.

The Singaporean Chinese and German Vietnamese are the poorest and least educated in their home country. Today, Singaporean Chinese are the highest IQ people in this planet and German Vietnamese are the smartest and most successful community in Germany. Malaysian Chinese are extremely successful as well, overcoming economic racism by Islamofascist Malay.

The Indians community is quite fat on the tail end. They are over-represented in elite occupation and also in crime and poverty. Meanwhile the Chinese community are fat on the center of bell curve, with fewer criminals and fewer top jobs wrt their population.

This has to do with culture.

As a whole, society tends to function better with Chinese as majority or in charge. I see a caste system if Indians dominate. Rampant Islamofascism when Malay Muslims are the boss.

Some ethnic groups have a preference for self-employment, i.e. small business. They consider it better to open a small shop, and be one's own boss, than to work for someone else (make your boss richer) even if it pays well.

Those groups would finish a minimum of mandatory schooling and switch to a trade apprenticeship or small business.

It seems Vietnamese Germans are divided into two people. The southern ex-boat people Vietnamese and the northern ex-guess worker Vietnamese. They both don't trust and hate each other.
