Basically he said;

- He did approach IMF immediately.
- The conditions they proposed were very harsh
- He spoke to IK to try and raise funds from abroad to provide better options for Pakistan
- Once economic support came from Middle East/China, Pakistan was in a better position.
- Some reforms/debt management also meant that the immediate economic crisis was averted
- Short/Medium term IMF support was still required, but is now offered on much better terms because of above steps.
- Once everything is signed, he will reveal the original conditions they had proposed.
