The buildings in the area were not Madrassah but a gov. research center, a sheep farm and some poultry research buildings. Hitting any of those or a madrasah or any building with humans inside,,, It would have been disastrous for India. For reference, the Indian army chief was reportedly at one of the targets that were locked and then missed intentionally by PAF in their retaliatory strike. One can guess how it would have turned out had any of those buildings were hit.

Because in any madrasa the majority of occupants r kids

Who r taught religious education

2 possibilities
1. Indian pilots got scared when PAF showed up and just released the bomb and returned home, in other words smart bombs in stupid hands.
2. Election gimmick, Surgical Strike 2: Indian intentionally did not want any damage, they did not cross into Pakistani borders but instead dropped bomb while in Indian air space and left. Hoping Pakistan will acknowledge it and India will them claim it as a surgical strike 2 and Modi will use it to get votes, Pakistan wont reltaliate because bio damage was done....they guessed wrong.

Why start a war my friend why? What will we gain? Nothing we are Pakistani and love Allah's creation. We went in to deliver a message and we did that bipin still cannot hear properly due to shock wave. The PAF squad which Pakistan used was N type which showed Pakistan means business and India got the message. The message was global even Israel deployed THAAD the next day. Our message has been delivered and we'll heard there will be now peace for sometime.
