people from UP, bihar are also running country called mauritius, so its not really fault of the people but the hindutva mindset which few hindu padri like people are misleading entire population, not to mention as already stated, the colonial type treatment to the areas of UP, bihar because these areas rose up during the independence war in 1857, secondly about refugees in bangladesh, they are political refugees and not economic refugees. The maharashtra people are also discriminating against the assamese refugees, north east refugees, so its not really only about biharis and UP.

now compare the bihari refugees in mauritius to tamil refugees from backward american countries like Caribbeann, guyana etc

I mean to say,,,world over,,muslims have managed to gain a negative image.doesnt mean tht every muslim is some bad person,,,but despite tht each of thm is expected to own up n introspect the crimes done by othr muslims.n hopefully bring about some positive chnge.

Similarly UP/Biharis have managed to make a bad name out of thmselves.
N we expect thm to own it n improve.
Regarding migrants,,,those r facts.
Mohajir strife is real,,so is the condition of bihari refugees(the ex-citizens)of BD.
So is the clash between madhesis n Nepalis,,,,the current chief minister of maharashtra is frm a party tht has pretty negative views about Up/bihari migrants only.

Even I believe your data to be true but I don't believe corruption is the cause of poverty in UP&Bihar.
Reasons:
1. Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Telangana is equally high in corruption to UP&Bihar but they are rich states.
2. Odisha and West Bengal are equally poor states to UP&Bihar but still low in corruption.

You don't want to believe any data of 2005, were UP & Bihar not poor then?

This is a 2012 figure for UP India, now it is about 22-23 crore and more than Pakistan as per some reports.
