Who is next target of Indian propaganda after ban on masood azhar?

The only reason indian army is getting billions is Pakistan.
The only reason modi is getting elected is Pakistan.
They have whole election compaign based on anti Pakistan reotic.
Now after Masood azhar is designated as terrorist, will this change indian behaviour?
It was once hafiz saeed. He was put into the list, then Masood azhar. After that we don't see any other leader india have blamed so far. So who will be india's next target to justify their hate against Pakistan and to start 2021 skirmish and 2023 war, just before indian elections?

Majority of Indians support Narendra Modi not because of his party but his administrative capability .
He is the best we have for now .
In future if Congress able to field someone more capable than him with zero minority appeasement we will support him.
