This is because gov spending is very low that make the budget deficit is less than 1% of GDP (Jan - September 2023). It is around 0.05 % of GDP until Q3. There will be speed of gov spending in Q4, so growth in Q4 is likely around 5.3 %. Overall, 5.1 % of economic growth in whole 2023 year is still possible.
Check India gov budget deficit to GDP (estimated at 8% of GDP by IMF - financed by state debt) and how much it can grow the economy ......?
Indonesia budget deficit will be quite small as stated recently by our finance minister, it is likely below 2.2% of GDP and so far with much less than 1 % of GDP budget deficit the economy is able to grow at 5.05 % until Q3.
India economy growth is funded by huge state debt.
We will be able see clearly after whole year data is calculated vs India gov budget deficit ( generated by new debt )
