I think he is well hidden. Pakistan can be very dangerous place where anyone can attack or bomb blast. He must be safely hidden in Iran or Qatar maybe. Or even Afghanistan itself.
He can belong to the group of molanas that still exist to the day that considers photo and video haram and don't allow others to take photos or videos of them.
Heck some molanas In tabligi janat still refused to use loud speakers thinking they are haram. They say that yes everyone is OK with them but we still noy use them. Very few like 2 or 3. But they are there.
