Watch your language. Indian Sea Harriers can't mock sink an Island, let alone a ship, which is much smaller. Tossing dumb bombs doesn't mock sink shiit. There was a reason why your Naval Command was dying to get the Mig-29 SM's. At this point, the Harriers are good to scare the Nepalese or the Sri Lankans......bull shiit everyone but the big-d. He knows the real deal.
And no carrier is "handicapped", you don't even know the layers of defense each carrier has. So when you can correctly identify how a carrier is protected, you come back and let me know. Till then, no need to involve me in discussions. The last thing I want on here is to waste time and educate 18 year old children!!

You are the vomiting, not me kitty. Are you Lal Topi?
Did i ever said its actual event?
I posted my views and not briefing you from white house.
People like you always see things with negativity, cant digest any other angle of thoughts and that why the country is in mess.
I hope you read this too
Improve your digestive system sir, you cannot digest anything other than what you are use too.
Being a pilot myself I must say that it is very good and skillful flying by PAF.
however as per Sun Tzu:
a) "Know the enemy and know yourself; in a hundred battles you will never be in peril"
and
b) more importantly: " All warfare is based on deception" --Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near.
I am sure these points valid here.![]()
Indian ExpressOh Boy! Someone did dropped you on your head as a baby. No one could be that bereft of logic (Islands could be sunk! LOL), unless he has some kind of biological deficiency.
It is not my problem that you do not understand what "rules of engagement" mean in an exercise. In order to give carriers experience of defending against bombing runs, their long distance interception is switched off and carrier's escort instructed not to intercept simulated enemy bogey.
And Indian Jaguars did mock sunk USN carrier in an exercise. http://archive.indianexpress.com/ne...-f18s-return-the-favour-to-ins-viraat/215163/

Don''t you have any official source?
It will be great to see that IAF also has similar capability thought its highly unlikely that they will face air craft in combat ever.
If you have problem with the source, use google.
And the point here was not that IAF have similar capabilities, but that no one has a capability to sink a nuclear powered carrier with an escort of 90 planes in real life ,unless he too commits hundreds of plane for doing so.
Exercises are done under restricted rules of engagement.
Plz don't ''teach'' me such childish stuff. Give me official source of your claim as I am interested in that part only.
Official source plz.And I am not interested in education people who don't even know basics.
Very good, sir. I was waiting for someone to note that.Exercises are done under restricted rules of engagement to test black swan events.

Thats what you call an Ace of real mission impossible!
It was probably done.like this
