PMLN won in punjab in 2018 despite political engr of establishment

Japanese Children (Daily activity)

Japanese Children in Grade 2-3 (Daily activity)

Japanese Children grade 5-8 (Daily activity) they don't run around class room or draw pictures on table (graffiti). Schools have basket ball courts , football ground for games and sports teams no one runs around class room jumps over tables

Japanese students in High school (Broom is part o your activites and it is normal)

(Teaches you to keep even your toilet clean or use it carefully you will have to clean it be respectful to your peers by keeping it clean, lesson taught is don't cause destruction)

Japanese Youth (College or University) still carrying good habbits

CLEANING IS NOT PUNISHMENT but it is your chance to work with your peers since young age to respect your surroundings (School, Home, Park , Streets, Stadiums.....). It is awareness of your existence , and when you keep things clean people around you benefit

You clean your office if asked
You clean your clothes and do laundry it is looked badly if your clothes are dirty and not pressed with iron
You clean the stadium where you go watch your sports game
You travel on Train , keep it clean - You travel on Plane keep it clean

• Character development (respecting country, cleaning school, streets, homes , playground)
• Physical Education (Leadership development with sports )
• Education (School work, reading / writing )
• Provides Quality Teachers who are 100% in agreement of such training
• After your graduation you are on your own , quality of your grades matter
• Corporations pick up on merit

Corporations hire in bucket load , and worker quality and productivity and responsibility level is high , higher quality work force results in Billions in Profits

At national level there is sense of pride in doing every thing by own hand

People have a sense of belief in doing what is good for every one and country

Nation 2: Trains Children 18 years (Pakistan)

• Focus only on Homework / reading writing
• They students copy the habits of adults as they grow up (not cool to clean , not great to work with others to clean up , making excuses to clean up )
• Mix in cocktail of fundamentalism or Liberalism now there is push for Feminism
• Teachers are more interested in collecting after school tuition pay
• Job is confirmed because your Uncle is in Corporation

Lazy habbits, tea culture, refusal to clean office/desk or neighborhoods, graduates feel they own the world , poor quality if you are uncle's referral to corporation and your grades were like grade C or grade D in university but you are selected Manager at Corporation

Every thing needs to be put on platter at national level

People are stuck demanding hand outs from government instead of fixing their own neighborhoods

There should be more innovative and regular extra curriculum activities in School.

May be 30% to 40% of the all school activities.

And the teachers need to follow innovative learning strategies of modern pedagogy as shown below

What has decayed in last 60 years is

a) Building a better human from our school system not a PHD but a better Human
b) Sense of nationhood we had post independence
c) Acceptance of the thing the way they are
d) Refusal to find solution at neighbor hood level
e) Lack of development of leadership quality , just debate Bazi does not builds character

• There is no qouta system in Japan
• There are no provincial tension in Japan everyone cleans by their own hands
• There is no , uncle referral based hiring in Japan
• There are no street children
• There is no crime on motor bikes (Double riders)
• The premiere Train runs equally in all provinces , and every province has same quality of life

People travel on foot because it benefits the country

Not driving luxury vehicles which consume petrol'

Mean while in Pakistan (Self explanatory)

It is convenient

Every one looks for their own luxury

Can't fix economy unless human behavior is fixed

The commando ruled for 8 years of the 28 years from 1990 and his period coincided with economic growth touching 8%. So yeah no fault of the commando.


As for the corrupt politicians and their supporters? They should be castrated so that they cannot reproduce.
