Military knows the plan and it also knows India can not risk direct military confrontation. But military can do so far. It is duty of politicians to lead the narrative and keep nation's morale high. They are terribly lacking in that.

Painful such attacks maybe they can never defeat Pakistan. Nor is it the aim to defeat Pakistan. Aim is to instigate sectarian divide and loss of confidence on LEAs. They haven't succeeded. Karachi did not grind to a halt nor were their mass protests against military. Nation's resolve did not break. We rather became more supportive of our military.

What to do against RAW? Stand united and reach out to those whom they are targeting. Stand with Shites, Ismailies, Baloch and Pashtuns. Build pressure on politicians to implement NAP and trust me our enemies are defeated. They are already frustrated that despite doling out loads of money, Pakistanis just don't seem to lose hope. Don't lose that hope, fight this war and no one can undo us. They picked wrong people to mess with.

Take the fight to india support more proxies in india
Block them and hit them in Afghanistan
Aid and plan with allies like china, Maldives and sri lanka to counter them in Indian ocean

Keep building pakistani economy and block any indian desire to use a 200 million market on its doorstep

Few things, if done properly, can control these indian RAW rats.

1) Depoliticize the police and give them a free hand to enforce law and order

2) Provide swift justice. The courts must provide justice swiftly so that the terrorists, corrupt and criminals get a message that their time of free ride is over

3) Media training to highlight this issue of indian RAW terrorism in the neighboring countries with every possible way

4) Diplomatic offensive to warn the powers in the world, that if india's security appratus lead by former RAW terrorist Ajit Kumar Doval does not stop pushing Pakistan to the corner, Pakistan will be forced to retaliate. And the powers in the world do know that Pakistan does have capacity and ways to retaliate in india. For starters, the insurgencies in 27 states of india will get a complete new meaning.
