I eat a lot yet my weight refuses to change
Cast iron stomach babyDoesn't it give you runs to the toilet later??

You have to train your body from a young age to handle spicy foodI mean extra masala right in the morning.

Parathas and tea yum yum, but have recently switched to 2 eggs and tomatoes, losing weight as well.
I eat Pakistani breakfast food while in Pakistan..layered parathas made with butter shortening, lassi, with some leftover "salan" from the dinner the last night, fried eggs...some times, especially while in Lahore, chana with Lahori naan, lassi, nihari, pen di siri paye, etc But I can feel the weight starts to go up so I need exercise to maintain it...which at times become difficult in Pakistan.Probably more more, sometimes kababs instead of eggs, but that brings the wrath of mother on me because they are usually reserved for my younger sister
I was raised in rural punjab, and there we used to put makhan on parathas and then eat them + bowl full of yogurt and lassi to go with it. Lunch was mostly same except parathas getting replaced by good old tandoori rooti with makhan + whatevers the saalan. Dinner was the only meal without oil, and instead of chai we got doodh.
Even with that diet weight has never been a problem for me or anyone from my family. I was until recently a very skinny guy according to my relatives. Only this year my weight actually got somewhere it should be for my height.I eat Pakistani breakfast food while in Pakistan..layered parathas made with butter shortening, lassi, with some leftover "salan" from the dinner the last night, fried eggs...some times, especially while in Lahore, chana with Lahori naan, lassi, nihari, pen di siri paye, etc But I can feel the weight starts to go up so I need exercise to maintain it...which at times become difficult in Pakistan.
