Co-operation between China-US and US-Russia is far far better than you make it out to be. I will not go there.

It isn't about economy perse, it about a combination of everything - economy, military, political influence, shared interests & visions etc.

Leave it. You wont get it.

My contention is simple. No body can make or break you in the context US is not propping us. The future of your country is in your own hands. When you develop your country you will see people lining up to make friends with you.

And if you think we are somehow more manageable, well what can I say ? Nothing. Be comfortable in your own thinking. We know how to play ball with the US and we have indeed played with them.

These guys living their "wolkencuckucksheim" (cloud-cuckoo-land) will want to believe anything (in desperation?) perhaps.
India was able to stay out of the American Orbit (NAM Era!) even as a third world country in the "bad ol' days" and stood upto the macinations of the likes of Dulles, "Tricky Dick" Nixon and his "Sancho Panza" Kissinger and others. Remember the futile foray of the "mighty" Seventh Fleet in 1971 !! And that was only one episode in the saga. And yet India was able to find help from the USA in material terms at various times without becoming subservient to US interests. A broke nation was able to consistently **** a snook at the manipulations of the American planners. Nothing has changed, except that India is in a far stronger position now in every respect.

In stark contrast; what did Pakistan do and achieve vis-a-vis USA? From the CENTO/SEATO times to Zia to the WOT adventures?
The evidence is all before us. And constantly staring us starkly in the face. The person you addressed your piece towards (never mind his label) will be unable to fathom that.

The world is not out to get Pakistan or China.

But I doubt you would be able to realise that.

Let me just end by saying US-China relations are much more deeper and intertwined than either US-India or China-Pak relations and for either it is the most important relationship.

And yes,India did NOT achieve this position today by sitting on any one's shoulders or anybody giving us anything. Whatever we have we earned it through sagacity and hard work.

Maybe you don't want to acknowledge that, given the current disparity in where our respective nations stand in international arena and considering that we set out from the same starting point 65 years ago I perfectly understand your complex.

Ie it has the 3rd biggest economy in all of ASIA

around 9 x the size of Pakistan & bangladesh.

It also has the 4th largest military in the world.
