What about Iranian Helicopters to Pakistan?

Shahed 278

The Shahed 278 is a utility helicopter developed in Iran.

Iran's Shahed Aviation Industries Research Center plans to produce several variants of Shahed, the sources said. The first platform was the Shahed-278(Oh-78), described as a light reconnaissance helicopter and armed with weapons and sensors. Test flights of the Shahed-278(Oh-78) began in 2005.

Shabaviz 2-75

The Shabaviz 2-75 is an Iranian utility helicopter built by the Iranian Helicopter Support and Renewal Company .

It has been manufactured locally in Iran since 2002 and is in active service with the Iranian military and government. It has also been claimed that it can be modified to carry light weaponry.

these types of helis i think we can build our selves, iran needs to transfer this technology, or help in manufacturing of ingenious pakistani helis..

Pakistan should buy these helicopters from Iran. And we must help Iran in building their nuclear bomb (But has to be done extremely secretly)!

Pakistan should buy this one, and modify it to carry light weaponry! Once we get this, very soon we will be building our own helicopters! And we must try to buy Chinook!

It's the Pakistani officials they're US suck ups. They don't see the potential. If the politicians were not so corrupt Pakistan would be a totally different story.

Lets look for some attack helicopters, these helis are not as much use to us. I was thinking along the lies of more Cobras, WZ-10, maybe AH-64D Apache (but in small numbers).

And Iran having nukes does not benefit us in anyway, but makes the region more unstable.

Congratulations to our brother Iranians for producing indigenous weapons systems that could go a long way in the future. There have been many threads about PAK developing their own helo instead of getting them from abroad. It is highly possible that PAK may be developing it secretly while pursuing for foreign ones to keep military aviation achieve their goals (until our very own design comes in the market).

The Iranians could be a source for less expensive equipment and technology. The Cobras are very expensive, we can balance both get some Iranian helis and some Cobras.
