They can meet them outside India. Our government was too generous last time. Diplomacy be damned they should not have allowed seperatist leaders to meet Pakistani officials. If they want to meet them then they should do so in Pakistan ,then India would not complain.Also why don't they meet the real kashmiri leaders, the ones actually elected by kashmiri people.
