We don’t want to embarrass India by asking about NRC: Obaidul

C'mon guys, don't get PDF banned again in Bangladesh, they already have a hard time accessing it as it is...
PDF is not unbanned in Bangladesh. People are using VPN to access here. :D

When was it banned?
As far I can remember, it has been banned since February 5 I think. I faced first problem since 5 February. Although a newspaper confirmed that it was banned since 12 February 2019.

You mean, it is still banned in BD? For what reason?
The reason is here lots of people use profane words against Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

However our govt officials thought that it's a forum run by Pakistan govt. :D this is called people with brain on their knees!

Yes either proxy or VPN. Mostly VPN, cause proxies are very slow. Free VPNs are also slower but faster than proxy sites.

However these people ( who banned PDF are opportunist, who are now sycophants of Mujib and they were sycophants of Ziaur Rahman when BNP was in power. Pathetic creatures lol.

They are actually 2 headed snakes and real culprit of Bangladesh.

You are right. But many of our Pakistani brethren are also quite careless, while alluding to Sheikh Sahib. We fail to realize his stature, in the eyes of the Bangladeshi people.

Thanks for confirming - wasn't sure...:-)

Yes that's a disaster no doubt. Some people may not like him, but using profane words against him is not the works of gentlemen you know.

After all most of Bangladeshis respect him as founding father of Bangladesh. Even lots of non AL people don't disrespect him for right reason.

In the present generation, it wouldn't be accurate to say that Sheikh Mujib has any 'stature', and neither in fact, does Sheikh Hasina. Older people have some respect for him I guess.

People only care about their own income. Legit or illicit. As long as they can eat, sleep, live in comfortable surroundings, buy a few TV's and X-boxes, people are happy. Not much idealism left anymore...

Nah Bro, actually mujib has a big impression on present generation and everyone is forgetting Zia( AL will not let new generation remember the name other than a freedom fighter only) and will forget BNP. Sheikh mujib will be established as unchallenged founding father of nation as Gandhi in India and Jinnah in Pakistan.

You know it's important to unite people under an umbrella. Since BNP gone and AL is decisive now, so propaganda against mujib will be vanished.

Parties will come and go but Mujib will be elevated. As in order to unite a nation ( that is already divided) a founder must be established unchallenged and beyond politics:) . It's my personal opinion though.

Not talking about Hasina, as she has nothing to do with the foundation of Bangladesh :-)
