doesn't matter, Pakistan can not and will not use Nukes on India .. no matter how macho you and other Pakistan's behave that is not happening , and TBH we don't need nukes to stop India, Military balance between two countries the only place India dominate us is that their troop numbers are much larger than ours, for our 1 soldier they can pitch 2 soldiers . And that too can be overcome, Once a full scale war started, PA can issue a statement on National Television ask for Volunteers , and within 24 hours around 1 Million Pakistani's armed and with basic training will be at border to perform various duties .

Bhai, Pakistani nukes are never on one place nor assembled . They are on constant move from one places to another, if there is ever a time come when Pakistan will have to launch a Nuke it will take more than few incursion or cross border firing from India . Rest you and other Pakistani's are free to believe whatever you guys want .

To stop India, you don't need nukes. Any military weighs the benefit of invading, and defending forces have it's advantages.
