Tipus father was from modern day Hazara region in Pak.. A soldier who later joined the army of Mysore and rose to become a king..

Tipu did build hindu temples and employed hindu generals in his army.. Had he been so "evil" he wouldn't have done so!



Also I don't know about indian muslims but we in Pak have had several heroes who fought the british!


From each province .. Even in Punjab apart from others (bhagat singh was a punjabi from FSD).. We have the likes o Rai Ahmad Khan who died fighting the british!

Even in BALOCHISTAN we had entire tribes of both Pashtuns and Baloch fighting the British... Who had made treaties with the local kings or otherwise.
