Also prostitutes, improper clinical practices and truck drivers.
The role psuedo-Liberals play is the normalisation of vulgarity and debauchery.
However we both know there are ways to prevent HIV from spreading from sexual contact, but the problem is that in Pakistan the youth learns about sex and vulgarity before learning about STI's, hence many youth are victims to it. And in a country where taking part in pre-marital sex is easier than marrying; you'll see many people engaging in it.
The best way to combat premarital sex is to make marriages easier. The State and clergy must play a role to break down barriers such as dowry which prevents one from marrying early.
