India should leak out nuke technology to Vietnam. As long as the US doesn't mind(which i doubt it will), I doubt the rest of the countries will bother us with sanctions. What's the most China's going to do? Give nukes to Pakistan and Russia and North Korea? . It's time for Vietnam and especially Japan to arm to the teeth with nukes. If Japan wanted, they could carry out a nuclear test within 72 hours of the decision. With all the anti China stuff going on, this is the best opportunity for SouthEast Asian nations to carry out a nuclear test. US won't be threatening them with sanctions.

Yep, once DPP consolidates its hold within Taiwan...similar should be organised with them too.

Meanwhile China without warning actually INVADED Vietnam in 1979!!!

Vietnam gave our hands to the US twice before,

- First time in 1875 by Tu Duc emperor, asking for help to fight the French, but was declined. I believe it was Bui Vien, who was the ambassador being sent to Washington.
- the second in 1945 from President Ho Chi Minh to the US president asking for cooperation, but was declined again.

The US jumped in Vietnam in 1955 to support (and to replace) the French initially, smelling the chance to become the police of South East Asia.
