Vietnam should stop sending students to China for studying

Vietnam is now on the way to democracy system. for private business and more than 2 child policy, Vietnam should stop sending their students to China for studying while US has better relationship with Vietnam.

No one force them to send their children to learn in China.
But i doubt it will happen, as Vietnam is communist country, they need to travel and learn from China in regard to their governing system, just like they send their people to other countries for the same purpose.

Well, it's not like all VNese students go to China to study abroad. According to a 2013 document, VN had around 125k students studying abroad, and the top 3 nations for them were: Australia, US and Japan. China was at number 4, with only 13k students.

Vietnam have no sovereignty in the South China Sea. What islands Vietnam is occupying in SCS currently is only temporary not to mention illegal because you have historical basis there.
