I don't know how Viets gonna set the blocade of SCS and risk of losing all reefs and Islands that they still hold but for sure China can block Song Hong (red river) that instantaneously set chaos and panic to 1/3 of nothern Vietnamese and without saying that will cause the total desaster to Vietnam economy. And if we ask Cambodia to set blocade on Meikong river, your southern vietnamese will be miserable.
