Why u people thinks that china is some superhero or paint it black.

Now, read this:

1. Yeah..i know nothing will happen in immediate future but the road is some what clear. We have done our home work and lobbying.

2. Currently our economy is US$ 1300 billion by 2015 it will be US $ 2 trillion.

By that time we will get 2 aircraft career + ICBM.

3. UNSC reform is not only India's mission but the the demand and aspirations of many powerful countries that can not be ignored in new world order.

4. Chinese are very smart they are not emotional fool they will not like to be seen as a villain not only to India but to countries like Germany, Brazil etc.

5. China will support India in UNSC against Japan not so soon but for sure.

New Delhi: In a very significant strategic as well as diplomatic development, China on Monday upgraded its Ambassador to India Zhang Yan to the rank of vice-minister in the Chinese government.

Clearly, China upgrading its mission in India to the level it maintains in P5 countries on a day when US President Barack Obama is on a high-profile visit to New Delhi appears to be more than a mere coincidence.

The P5 or the powerful 5 is the exclusive club of world’s most powerful countries – USA, United Kingdom, China, France and Russia - who are also permanent members of United Nations Security Council.

As vice-minister the Ambassador will be reporting to the Chinese government on India’s reaction to all major issues, including currency movement.

The upgrade, confirmed exclusively to Zee News by a spokesman of the Chinese embassy, suggests that India has moved up in China’s global pecking order and also points to the keenness of the Dragon to deepen its engagement with its neighbour - at a time when the region’s geo-politics is undergoing rapid changes.

President Barack Obama has backed India's ambition for permanent membership of the UN Security Council.

In an address to India's parliament at the end of a three-day visit, Mr Obama lavishly praised India's development.

His remarks will delight India, which has been lobbying for a seat at the UN's top table for years.

Analysts say it does not mean India will get a seat on the Security Council immediately; the unspecified reforms Mr Obama mentioned could take years.

Mr Obama also said the Washington-Delhi relationship would be one of this century's defining partnerships.

He was applauded as he told dignitaries: "As two global leaders, the United States and India can partner for global security - especially as India serves on the Security Council over the next two years.

"Indeed the just and sustainable international order that America seeks includes a United Nations that is efficient, effective, credible and legitimate.

"And that is why I can say today, in the years ahead, I look forward to a reformed United Nations Security Council that includes India as a permanent member."

The US president is next due to visit Indonesia, South Korea and Japan on a 10-day Asian tour designed to boost US exports.

The bickering will come from countries such as SA, Nigeria, who will demand a place for Africa, Brazil and Argentina will claim that South America needs representation, in Europe the Germans will claim that they should have a place.

In Asia Japan and South Korea, will claim they deserve a place, while Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey will want the Islamic World represented in the Security Council. So because these things are decided on consensus and currently in the world there is none, there is little or no chance in the foreseeable future of large scale change in the UN.
