US special Afghanistan envoy skips India Twice

Looks like someone forgot how anti Pakistan Khalilzad is and how is appointment is bad news for Pakistan.
Even yesterday your Minister was complaining about him.

then why did he skip india? lets forget that this afghani prick has zero importance because he will leave empty handed. as for india in afghanistan when is moohdhi ji sending a delegation to talk to "bad taliban"?

because every actor is looking for their own interests not a collective interests.

Because we are not interested in Afghan peace talks as they doomed to fail 100% in cuurent format.
So Khalilzad's talks will not be any importance for us. Similarly we never bothered to talk much to previous US special Envoy Holbrooke either

Our primary strategy in Afghanistan is to make ourselves a stakeholder in Afghanistan which has been very succesful as India has been invited to every Afghan conference in past 4-5 years.

We are the Only party in the world to share the exact same views as Afghan givt on peace talks.

i think you missed the other big news and no wonder the entire internet indian cockroach force is out in numbers on afghan issues. the kabul puppet fiefdom wants to cut a deal with the taliban for its survival and the yanks are bypassing their own propped up kabul gov under which india thrived to talk to the taliban.

both are trying to be relevant because their stakes are far higher. you on the other hand have no relevant but want to be relevant.

that is the difference.

everyone is looking out for no.1

@Horus @waz @Arsalan @Jango @WebMaster can you please look here as indians will be getting out of hand due to having no apple in the afghani pie.

Nope.
All sides want an end to the war of 40 years. Taliban is even more desperate for peace. US just made it clear they will stay in Afghanistan indefinitely (a huge win for India).

This situation favour India as we get more room for backroom deals.

backroom deals with whom? in the alliance of 3, 2 have said f#ck everyone else we need to strike a deal with taliban.

Most importantly the only side bending a knee is the yanks and not the taliban who have vowed to keep going! Dont think those useless mercs are going to make a difference once the yanks leave.

Not at all.
The recent elimination of the top Taliban military commader showed how weak they are that they cant even protect their main leaders.

An Afghan peace deal is favourable to India as that will significantly reduce currently Pakistani influence in Afghan situation as without Taliban Pakistan will lose it's only leverage.

you were meant to reduce Pakistan completely or rather that was the sale pitch you made to the yanks that you can replace Pakistan 100% in afghanistan............cow dung on the face as Pakistan relevance in afghanistan will never be reduced. NEVER!!

death of the leader hasn't stopped their fight, If it had stopped the fight then many high level leaders dying in tyhe 17 years would have stopped the taliban from fighting. The announcement of the death of mullah omar should have caused taliban to seize.

We have alrrady reduced Pakistani influence.
Comapred to the influence Pakistan enjoyed in 1996-2001 it dies not rven have 5% of that now.

Mullah Omar was a figurehead who was relevant to ground fighting.
