Right now Pakistan doesn't have an answer to these moves - FATAF, Masood Azhar, all political in nature. Obviously these irritants would not have been sponsored if Pakistan had been economically strong and stable.
This has to be dealt by unconventional means.
1. Block Afghanistan peace facilitation.
2. Bring samjhota express and Gujrat massacre to ICJ and Hague Tribunal.
3. Bring Kulbhusha Yadav case to Security Council to declare RAW and Ajit Doval as sponsor of active terrorism.
4. Take Kashmir atrocities to Human Rights orgs in EU and USA. No one would be able to deny use of pellet guns to blind over 1000 kashmiris and Rape of Kashmiri women as tool of war.

Pakistan can easily put both India and USA on back foot by just using facts and true information.

There are many more terror incidents in Pakistan which Pak govt never put on World forums for reasons unknown.

America wants to blacklist Azhar as that will help it to blacklist Pakistan on FATF. This is a game being played to put Pakistan under sanctions. Ultimate goal is nuclear weapons or Balkanization of the country or both.

No matter whatever Pakistan does, it will not appease America. So just hold the line. Blacklist him, arrest him or do whatever. Azhar was not even involved in any attack. They could just name any organization or individual and if they have agenda they will keep pursuing it.
