USA is helping Pakistan develop not stopping its development, aid may have been used in the past to get Pakistan to take action on terrorists but that was a good thing.

Iran is sanctioned who but will sanction a country for droning civilians? Sanctions are unjustified when Iran was cooperating with the treaty too all the more reason to ignore them. Your bias is evident as you claim US has only helped Pakistan. US has "helped" Pakistan but at the same time there has been a lot of negative impact on the country due to US policies/"aid". I invite you to look at why the US has been providing Pakistan with so much "aid" and what Pakistan has given in return then discuss the topic.
