Same issues though, oh this is my land blah blah blah, give the Kurds land but dont give them the land they want, similar with Israelis/Palis, the Jews claim the land, the Palis live there, both of their ancestors are not even from that region. Arming Hamas would be a honor(Turkey doesn't). I don't see why you're trying to portray at it some evil policy. There were two major events that led to levant becoming terrorist heaven, one is British/French invasion of levant in WWI and the following random border drawings on maps and the other is US invasion of Iraq in 2003.
Also consider that France and UK are the biggest jihadist exporters among non-Arab countries.
