What's new

US recon aircraft just came within 25 nautical miles of the Chinese coast line, the closest ever

Ahh, it’s the old poking the bear tactics from the Cold War, testing their readiness. Have to be careful not to put airliners at risk, especially if ads-b turned off. Wouldn’t want another Korean air 007 incident or even another EP-3 Hainan island incident.

Spewing CO2 all over South China Sea. Meh.

Week beginning on March 14, 2021: 417.73 ppm
Weekly value from 1 year ago: 414.52 ppm
Weekly value from 10 years ago: 392.63 ppm

Americans love testing the boundaries, the recon craft should exceed all limits and fly closer. That way US will find out if China will go as far as shooting it down.

Great opportunity to soak up all of China’s electronic signatures on that coast line

Sorry dud, nothin' to see here. Move along.
