Try something along the lines of not meddling in foreign countries. This way no cash or check necessary, it's what the founding fathers would have wanted. You should learn some American history. Were you schooled in Pakistan?

they gave less aid as compared to our losses by supporting them but that aid was also wasted by those in govt and they not utilized that money in effective manner
