The moment he said, I can't breath the officer should have acted and moved his Knee , He would have known that place he was pressing is sensitive and the man might have some medical issue, There were 4 Officers and his hands were tied no way he was a threat to officers or anyone else around , There is no reason not to believe that it was a Racially motivated Murder .
