You can get poor quality products coming out from highly expensive regions too if you do not have good quality control processes including internal and supplier quality reviews.
But they are correlated.
No. Surely not always.
Yes, like British cars from the 60s and 70s. Perfect example.
Japanese cars beat US cars in both Quality and Price.
The strength of the correlation can vary, but the link remains.
Correlation is not necessarily the Causation.
