India not trusting GPS and requesting access to Russian Satellite is a better example. We should go for big offensive projects if US gives assurance that even if India tests another nuke weapon, There will be no sanctions.

Russia did not apply any embargo even after 1998 nuke tests.

If you got money, US is a dependable defense equipment supplier. For example, Australia got their F-18 SHs ahead of their contracted time and Indian p-8 Poseidon for example.

wrong, look what they did to Make they took money for F16 and then put sanctions in place.
They will demand all the money and then will refuse to supply the equipments,

the only criteria for them to be dependable supplier is to obey each and every order of US ,
you disobey them and they will be ultra efficient to put sanction on you,
