Hey don't say like that,he may not know completely about insurance,
how much insurance can be paid to people lives going off this world everyday in blasts..
I think he thought that NO insurance as been paid to the victims,coz it's not common in pakistan...

Some amplification and clarification is in order. First the plantiff/s will attempt to fix liability on the respondents. Only if that is done, the quantification of damages will be taken up as an issue. That is where that "upwards of $ 75,000" bit comes in.

The suit while it is directed at some respondents, actually will draw in other parties as well. Actually this suit will have the effect of peeling off more layers around that episode. As time (and the suit) progresses, more 'layers of the onion' stand to be exposed. That will be interesting to see.
