US applauds PM Imran's statement on Kashmir

WASHINGTON: Alice G Wells, assistant secretary of state for South and Central Asia has lauded Prime Minister Imran Khan for his remarks he made on Wednesday that anyone from Pakistan going to Kashmir to fight would be doing injustice.

Addressing a press conference after inaugurating 24/7 operations at the busy Torkham border town, PM had said: "Such a person would be an enemy of Pakistan and Kashmir,” adding that India would exploit it and blame the country for sponsoring terrorism in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).

Wells took to Twitter and wrote: "Applaud PM @ImranKhanPTI’s unambiguous & important statement that militants from Pakistan who would carry out violence in Kashmir are enemies of both Kashmiris & Pakistan.We agree. Pakistan's sustained commitment to counter all terrorist groups is critical to reg. stability. AGW"

Alice Wells statement comes ahead of Imran Khan's visit to US on Friday (today). He will meet President Donald Trump twice as per his official schedule.

According to the schedule, the first meeting between PM Imran and US President Trump will be at lunch whereas the other will be at hi-tea.

The Prime Minister is set to address the United Nations General Assembly on September 27.

Imran Khan is going to lose all support. Day by day it is becoming clearer that he is waiting for US and Western intervention and support which is not there and won't ever come. His diplomacy efforts in Western capitals are non-existent. Indian atrocities in Indian occupied Kashmir are on the backburner. The US deep state and her veritable arm is in full Indian favor. These people will walk over Pakistan to strengthen Modi's India. They are already doing it.

Imran Khan is making a huge blunder by relying on US/Western support. His downfall will be the US deep state. If this is our fear and strategy to tackle the blatant atrocities in Indian occupied Kashmir we might as well never mention Kashmir again. An attack by the Kashmiri people against Indian armed forces in occupied Kashmir is inevitable. Imran Khan cannot undermine this by labeling Kashmiri struggle as enmity against Pakistan.

Alice Wells has not posted a single tweet against Indian human rights violations in the past 30+ days, but takes the effort to applaud Imran Khan to appease the US deep state stance? Think about it.

Imran Khan is 100% wrong and his statements undermine a legitimate struggle against Indian tyranny. Imran Khan's naive statements give India the upperhand to continue her stranglehold. The US deep state is taking Imran Khan for a ride. Let me assure you that the end destination for Pakistan is misery.
