This would imply Pakistan has 64 single seat Block-2s.

Correct; look at K8, it has just stagnated. If it is not input from China, nothing else happens unfortunately is the pattern i see. Same for SH15; they say TOT, it is in name only

That has started by establishing all the necessary R&D facilities in Pakistan. Part of The deal was that necessary infrastructure in Pakistan will be established so Pakistan can have autonomy.

That is where you are wrong friend. you need to always have a minimal R&D ongoing for next level threats and countermeasures. It is not a cinema show.

As in other pictures, XX-603 can be seen and 2p-65 is not painted in PAF colors then that makes 11 in total ?
